Tenille to Perform Canadian National Anthem at Game 3 of the NBA Finals
Tenille Arts just had a busy CMA Fest week get a little busier. The NBA has invited her to sing the Canadian national anthem ahead of Game 3 of the 2019 NBA Finals presented by YouTube TV tomorrow, June 5, 2019 between the Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors. Metallica’s James Hetfield will perform the U.S. national anthem. Both performances will air live on ABC in the U.S. and Sportsnet in Canada from Oracle Arena before the Warriors and Raptors take the court at 9 p.m. ET.
“I’m so proud and honored to be representing my home country and singing the Canadian National Anthem at Game 3,” said an elated Tenille. “This is the first time the Raptors have been in the finals, so it’s really exciting.”
